We aren't computer techs, but, we know we work in an IBM compatible PC environment. Ideally, we want your files in a PC format rather than MAC. If you send us a MAC file we must pay an agency to convert it and that adds to the cost. Converted files do not always convert accurately so we also suggest you send a paper copy of the artwork.

We work with vectored images. This means that .gif, .jpeg or similar bitmap images are not viable for our purposes.

What we like to see is a:

• PC file with an .ai or .eps extension
• vectored image with text converted to curves
• also referred to as a wire frame image.
